Back by popular demand our Dutch Texel wool tops are an economical choice for large wire armature wool or core wool. It is a coarse wool at 34 microns. It works really well to turn into curls but they would be more suitable for making sheep or gnomes or other larger less delicate creatures. Sometimes a little woolly swap is needed, but don’t worry — we’ll always match it as close in colour and texture as possible! Â
